Aggregated data on web trends – Developing Freedom uses the IP address from your internet connection to aggregate user behavior, administer the site, track users’ movements on the site and gather broad geographic information for aggregate use. Newsletter – Information collected for the Developing Freedom newsletter is not stored on DevelopingFreedom.org. The contact list is sorted on an external platform. Subscribers – those who have subscribed through accessing the report – provide affirmative consent to opt-in. Information may also in some instances be stored locally, and only for limited periods of time. Newsletter subscribers provide consent to be contacted by UNU researchers and consultants.
